As educators and content creators, we began by guiding people on YouTube and social media through the do's and don'ts of real estate.
As our audience grew, so did the trust. That trust turned into investor support, and Assetgain Projects was born.
Our growth has been organic, transparent and rooted in our commitment to delivering what we promise.
THE FOUNDERS
Co-Founder
He started as an IT professional at TCS, became a public speaking trainer, and went on to run the YouTube channel Riskless Real Estate. He then moved into consulting and launched projects under Assetgain.

Co-Founder
He holds an M.A. in Sociology from the University of Hyderabad and an M.Phil. from the Delhi School of Economics, and teaches at La Excellence IAS Academy. He focuses on feasibility, legal diligence, market analysis and real estate finance.
